With over 30 years of extensive working experience in strategic management, corporate finance, investor relations and corporate communications, Joan has lead various companies achieve revenue growth, brand visibility and investor awareness and has been recognized by the IR magazine for her achievements in the field. She has worked on multi-sectoral projects for diversified conglomerates with business interests in commercial and residential property development, airline, telecommunications, branded consumer food manufacturing, construction and infrastructure development and operations, as well as renewable energy companies in the power and utility sector. She has worked alongside the top local and international commercial and investment banks and securities brokerage firms, both in debt and equity capital raising activities.
